My mouth is watering, I love Apple Crisp! This is a wonderful shot, the light reflecting off the side of the apple, the clarity, the color, just wonderful. The only thing that gets me is the purple and gree handle that is crossing the bottom right corner. You get a 9 from me.

Nice and simple set up! Lighting is good, colors are nice - I wish the background were black however as well as that bit of color in the right-hand corner. Might make things pop more. Perhaps not so close a shot/crop too. Just a little more breathing room at the top would help IMO. Other than that, I think its a great photo. 7

Is that a hair in the middle of the apple ? Good colour, though the stuff in the upper left and lower right corners seems out of place or not needed. If you have a polariser, that would really help cut some of the reflections and boost the saturation too.

i feel a little lower camera angle and take the hair out of the photo and some different lighting would have made this a stronger image.
