Seems a bit cloudy and gray. Lots of distractions. I am assuming this is a fish tank - maybe to have put a solid complimentaryor neutral background on the tank would have helped.

The object in the lower left corner isa bit distracting. Unique layout of a necklace for photographing. Not bad.

While you are asleep, a brief intervention from the Critique Club:

One of the hardest things to learn for a photographer when shooting an unstaged scene and especially when we really care about the subject is to stop focalizing on it and concentrate it’s staging.
Among the good number of cute kid pictures in this challenge your stands out by the quality of its lighting. You should have organized your framing around this great light.

A little more contrast as well would help the viewer not be distracted with the surrounding clutter and show off this light a little better.

When doing portraits, if you decide to “cut out ”some body parts from the frame, do it frankly; pictures with just the top of the head or missing feet, for example, generally bare this amateur snapshot feel. In this one, I think the hand is what I miss the most.

The following is a “sketchy” variation of your picture to illustrate my “suggested improvements”

Hope this helps,
All the best, JJ

I like the softness of the "snow" I like the placement of the big round ornament at the focus of attention. A bit of color correction on the snow would help, and perhaps a bit of cropping in.

The ONLY things I don't like here are: It's a touch grainy. I wish you woulda got the top of her precious little head. Compositionally It's a touch busy but I can live with this here! Nice 'snapshot'
