to fix the background you could have adjusted the brightness/contrast(photoshop) both +10. then, as kind of a different look at the picture, do auto levels. obviously an excellent picture prior to any adjustment

My only real regret with this shot was not getting the background white enough and not getting the splash bigger. I thought about a black background but I felt it lost that "Sparkly and Fresh" feel I wanted to project.

I am new with stop action and it was a trip trying ot do it with a slow reacting digicam! Just trying to explore as many techniques as I can :-)
