Technically, I think this is one of the best of the series. The lighting, focus, composition and crop are spot on in my opninion. The position of her hands creates a line that mimics the crop over her forehead. I like this. One small nitpic is that curl to the right, but not a big deal. This would have been cool had it just been her shoulders with bare skin and no sleeves/straps.

She's lovely. I like her pouty expression. I'm missing some light on her face though. Her eyes are gorgeous and I think they might be illuminated a tad better. The focus is good. I might also crop a bit off of the bottom and maybe have some more area above her head. I don't mind that chopped off kind of crop, but this doesn't look intentional because it's just barely off the top of her head.

great subject--now as to the technicals. A gradient adjustment layer to bring some color/definition back into your image, from teh top down?
