A Birds Eye Viewby ddmckinney1954Comment by Sammie: Lovely, well focused picture of a hawk. To me, it doesn't really show an unusual viewpoint. Also, to me, I would have liked the picture better without such a close crop - it looks like this poor bird has it's wings chopped off. |

A Birds Eye Viewby ddmckinney1954Comment by ElGordo: I really like your bird photo, but there seems to be a loss of detail in the feathers around the neck. Did you use a noise reduction filter? If so, try selecting just the background for noise reduction and leave the subject areas with greater detail. Jpeg compression can also make an image look 'muddy' by smearing out fine details, especially when the compression process is repeated several times. |

Rub a Dub Dubby ddmckinney1954Comment by beckettboots: A nice idea for a positive habit. I like the color of the soap and the skin textures. You captured the bubbles really well, but I think it's a little overexposed, a slightly lower light level or different exposure length would help. A little more context within the frame of running water or a sink or faucet would help to complete the composition well. |
