| Fire in a Glassby Lee31Comment by Lee31: I was pleased with the way this turned out.  I placed a table on the window sill, with another table on top of that, then I placed the glass at the edge of the top table and set the tripod at shoulder height on the ground.  I think the angle of the camera to glass is what gave it the mirrored effect in the glass and liquid. I was also lucky, as the sky was clouded, with no blue areas.  The sun was just lighting up the edges which is what gives this a nice illuminated look. |

 In answer to some of your questions. 
 No, not tricky photography, although I dont think you mean't it like that.  It was right place right time.  In fact I had time to get a better position, and then wait for them to look in the right direction.  
 The boat was a shame, but I managed to position it between the posts.  There was actually 5 birds in a row, but there would have been 1 blank post, and they would have been smaller. |
