Blurry, funny colors, not much contrast, not much detail. I think that either something funny was done durring pp or the exposure was just off and needed fixed better in pp. Could have been a pretty good shot if the focus had been a little better and maybe some more light. Also if you had gotten more pigeons with the sky as the background instead of the underexposed ground.

I do like the tilt of the horizon.

This one is very hard to rate because there are two ways of looking at it: 1 - DUDE THAT IS JUST WRONG!! and 2 - Dude that just ain't quite right, 'cha know? Very ingenious and it does have a certain black humor about it - clearly outside of the box thinking about "not quite right". Well done.

Uneven highlights and the mish mash of light shapes just aren't as effective as they should be. More a image of lighting than a creative use of lighting. It's hard to rate this because of it's nature. It might have been a better approach to find a subject and then use the lighting to create the image rather than of the light itself.
