Oversaturated. And, the focus is soft throughout. Detail lost in the shadows. Recommend you give the HDR process another try.

I actually like the idea of capturing all three nines, but the poor image quality paired with the commonality of the splash photo here on DPC do a great deal of harm to the scoring potential you started with. I'd like my eye to be able to better key in on crisp focus rather than noise and blown highlights. A score of 4 from me.

The saturation is too much in my opinion and nothing seems to be on focus too. The harsh light at the background is distracting too and the image is kind of small.
I'm not experient but i would have used a tripod (if possible), chose a high F/number (or a small aperture) to give more DOF and then processed it trying reduce the white level at the background and make it higher at the foreground, because i think you chosed a nice subject, and the light seemed to be nice on that day. Some nice details on the fore and background would be really nice.
