The glass looks awesome, and the structure is framed well, maybe a bit tighter to omit the other building on the right would help the composition. I think the halos are too pronounced

Nicely done. A groovy feeling and with a blatant contrast between the new and the old (sorry being repetitive - just now I noticed your title, dah!). And I love that reflection!

i am not sure what you intend as your subject here. You have composed the photo with very strong leading lines thta draw the viewers attention to the far distance to the right of the frame.
