There's a couple of things I don't like about this, but it's very decent.

I wonder if you have tried a grunge/low sat look on this one. Dodge the feet back up a hair and throw a tiny bit of gaussian on her dress.

I'm going to give you a score averaged between what I see as the potential and what I actually see.

interesting picture, though the title is misleading, the miss doesn't seem to be so little. I like the muted colors, the vignette is to heavy IMO
