Ohhh, I see what happened here. It's happened to me a few times. Walking into a tear in the fabric of space-time and catching parts of multiple dimensions in the image. It's rare that both the subject and their other-dimension self are wearing the same color dress though. So kudos for that.

Thanks! and yes this is sand. A lot of people spend time nearby and this is as far as they can go in a vehicle, so there are a lot of parking maneuvers "recorded" over time. Once in a while a higher than usual tide washes over the area and the process starts again.

I inverted the image before doing any other processing. That helped emphasize the tire patterns.
