Close Shave by FranziskaLangComment by p_johns: Wow! This must have taken some setting up! I rekon it would have looked better without the pencil tips underneath the shavings, but that's just me. Fantastic! |

Close Shave by FranziskaLangComment by kiwiness: A very original and well thought out photo. The colors are very crisp and clear. I especially like the way you have two of the shavings coming out of the frame - 10. |

Virginia Wildlife Magazineby FranziskaLangComment by Turbotech: Ok. I do not want to sound overly critical, and I know how hard this shot had to be. There was no way to shot it over because you had to be at the right place at the right time. You were there but the Soft focus from the Tail to hard focus on the head is a bit of a downer. I like what you attempted but I have to shave a point off for that. Sorry, but Good job.; |

Virginia Wildlife Magazineby FranziskaLangComment by RiderGal: This is really nice. Just wish you had focused a bit more on the bug, instead of mainly on the flowers. Nice macro though... very pretty and colorful. This would be a wonderful magazine cover, with room at the top for the type! Just perfect. -9- |

On the Roadby FranziskaLangComment by dasser: Again a real eye-opener. Speaking of eyes I think we're on a similar wavelength with our styles - I tend to try to make images from what is there too, rather than overly constructing them. Thanks for this. |

Hung out to dryby FranziskaLangComment by dasser: I really like this - I'm toying with selectively desaturating at the moment myself. I'll get some portfolio images up soon so we can compare. Meanwhile thanks for this. |
