	island in the mist by dr rick Comment by annah: Woah, that's awsome! love those foggy days. although the quantity of fog really makes this interesting, i might have liked to see a little more of the island itself perhaps. but, over all, you've captured this dreamy scene quite well and so i wish you good luck.

	island in the mist by dr rick Comment by Mick: I've found that fog and low clouds can be quite difficult to photograph. You did a very good job with it here. The image has a nice mystical feel. I feel the overall composition could have been a bit better though.

	Backstroke by dr rick Comment by rick13601: I believe the intention of the challenge was to take a b&w photo in color mode. This is why desaturation was discouraged. To make it more challenging. I don't think the challenge was to shoot a color photo with b&W in it. It may be a suttle difference in interpretation.
