This was in my top ten for the week. I am surprised it didn't place higher. The motion is great, as are the colors. The texture the flour creates is terrific. This is a photo you can feel. Job well done.

I thought this would rank higher. I like the idea. Maybe a different angle would have worked better. The edge of the counter bothered me. Trying an angle from above could have prevented that or taking a shot from the front with a white apron in the background might have worked. Nice job.

I love the "splat" effect. This is a very creative idea. I wish we could see a bit more of the actual dough, but I'm not sure if that might take away from something, so I would have to see the 2 different shots before I could really judge that for sure. Lighting and angle are good. There are a few slightly out of focus spots, but I think that only contributes to the "splat-ness" More like motion blur instead of just plain ol blur, so it works. Great job and good luck with the challenge.

Artistically this is good, it meets the challenge and is original. One complaint is that it has slight motion blur. I'm not sure if you meant to blur it and I'm not sure if i would have liked a perfectly in focus shot better but it's certainly something to take a look at.
