Mayberry's Finest!by csolomon1Comment by Jutilda: HAHAHA - this whole challenge is a stroll down memory lane. I figure Barney is off somewhere scrambling around, lost and Gomer isn't far behind. LOL |

The Darken Pathby csolomon1Comment by Teafran: Too much blank space at the top of the image, over done white light and a general lack of focus just doesn't work. While the author's intent was clear, it failed in execution. More thought and time composing the image would have helped. |

The Darken Pathby csolomon1Comment by bassbone: the concept of shooting the path at night really works for me, but the fact that the image is fuzzy and that the horizon appears to be askew really takes away from the image. I think a better perspective to draw the viewer in would be to leverage the path to pull our eyes into the scene |

The "Spilt"by csolomon1Comment by chromeydome: Postluminous Winner!
This is extraordinary! Beautiful tone, smooth texture and forms, luminous, and wonderful use of darkness. |

The "Spilt"by csolomon1Comment by Teafran: As a friend of abstracts, this is simple an outstanding example of indirect lighting creating a truly abstract image which is both intriguin and somewhat thought provoking. A great example of how lighting can be used to great effect in a creative way. The only complaint is the left side of the image which could be viewed as a flaw, but adds some dimension and attempts to fill a void in space. Well thought out and executed, if there were any justice, it would be a ribbon winner. Well done. |
