I've always wondered about so called "sprocket hole photography" -- I thought it just another cheesy low-tech effect. But here I see an application where it truly adds something to the overall presentation. The image alone would have worked, but the tight horizontal framing, enhanced by the sprocket holes, really give this a sense of scale -- a claustrophobic feeling, if you will. Really brings it to life. Nice job!

thanks for all the comments! i was happy this pic came out even this good. the skies were really gray that day and i was in a hurry. also, they were doing beach replenishment right by the lighthouse, so i couldn't get over the dunes to take a pic and there were a bunch of ugly trucks all over the place
