Coming back to comment - I like your lighting and exposure. The sky has some cloud detail and isn't too over exposed. I think the composition could be better if this was cropped just above the road, or if some of the sky was cropped out, as the tree is too centered vertically. It also looks like it's very over sharpened.

The shape of an open book along with good use of both DOF and bokeh makes this a pleasing and comtemplative image. The singluar issue is the white bloom along the edge - while not over done in the sense that it is over done, it doesn't compliment the image in the same way as the slight reflective halor effect does on the reflection. Still a very good image and one that is full of peace and meditation. Well done.

A good solid image that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, it is an intersting image with rich color and detail - a typical urban setting. A well thought out and applied title gives this image a very important wow factor and frames the author's intent perfectly. A complete technical and artistic success. Given the subject matter, it may not have universal appeal, but it should place well in the challenge - within the top ten and a potential ribbon winner. Well done.
