Karen seems like an eager model. Why not get her in a more comfortable pose and a more photogenic environment? Even a slightly different POV here would work if you had nowhere else to go. A move to the left might have gotten rid of the piece of building peeking into the upper left. The partial tree needs to go as well. Just some observations. Good luck.

Nice snapshot of a pretty girl. Could have used softer light on the right and some reflected fill on the left. At the very least you should have cropped out the corner of the shed.
