Didn't mind the missing bottom, but there does seem to be a bit too much on top, which doesn't add anything to the composition. I didn't take that into consideration when I gave this image an 8. I think a lot of voters overlooked minor technical problems because of the minimal editing rule.

This is a fascinating photo, since it is such an odd configuration for a wheel chair, and as you said, the teddy bear backpack. I seems so much less personal to pull it this way, than to be close behind pushing, almost in contact with the rider.
