I haven´t seen this image before since I didn´t vote in this challenge but to be honest I probably would have given it a 4, mainly since the image quality isn´t terribly good and the whole shot has a "snapshot feel" to it. I assume it´s mostly because you shot this through the front window, frankly it shows as the whole shot is a bit "muddy" for lack of a better word. No idea on how to improve that though, wouldn´t wanna suggest you stick your head out the window for photography while driving :D
I am not really fond of the cool WB, I personally would have liked this more if it were slightly more neutral, BUT, it does make the taillights stand out more so if that was your reasoning then it worked very well.
Exposure is a little dark but kindof fits the shot so no qualms about that. Composition isn´t bad at all but not really interesting either, hard to see how you could have improved that though sitting behind the wheel.
Certainly meets the challenge but I am not really familiar with american lingo I didn´t get it at first so for me personally it wasn´t obvious that it referred to the jeep crossing the line to enter another lane (I assume that is what point of the shot is, please keep in mind that english is only my third language)
Anyway, hope I wasn´t too negative.
