I really like this set I think the childlike painting effect could have really worked well.

Its a shame about the harsh lighting and microphones, which are obviously out of your control. I think this would have been a great location to stage a shot after the performance where you could position the actors more intimately and get them to put the mics down. Maybe even get a softer light. Although this isn't always practically possible.

Double checking my votes. The colors look nice, but there's nothing in the photo that portrays "intimacy". I think this is exactly what you were going for, so its kind of a cool idea, but compared to the other pictures its not my favorite.

Isaac, I see you are following in your Daddy's footsteps! Smart move! I think your photo is stunning...especially the silhouette highlighted by the beautiful sunset colors, and the detail of the bridge in the background. Not real imtimacy, but a play. I shouldn't talk, mine isn't real either. I know you had no control over the lighting, but the harsh lighting and shadows detract from it.
