Blue Damselfly on Horsetailsby GeneralEComment by danielv: The dragonfly is too small / not detailed enough. Beyond closer crop/zoom, you should also be aware that the hard light reduces the details as the top of the dragonfly is strongly lit, while below it appears very dark due to strong contrast. For what it's worth, here is a "best in class" example with a similar dragonfly.  |
