Cool abstract of light and dark rectangles! It is geometric B&W Mondrian! |

Pioneerby GeneralEComment by SaraR: Composing with the single flower broadly on the third was a good move, and the title is inspired. Despite that, though, there just isn't enough to hold my interest beyond an initial glance.
I've just glanced up the page while writing this comment, and see the photo afresh, cropped from the top, and I personally prefer that - when presented with the square image the eye is drawn to the brighter foliage at the top of the photo which gives a bit of tension. |

Pole Faultby GeneralEComment by SaraR: What a jumble of wires! A decent record shot of the repairs taking place, although a bit 'noisy' and a tad under exposed. |

Spores on Cabbage Leavesby GeneralEComment by SaraR: Interesting, but the wilted leaves don't do a great deal for me visually. My eye is repeatedly drawn to the bright patch in the upper right. I suspect the a more visually appealing photo would have been a couple of weeks earlier when the bracken still held it's spores. |

Doggie Doorby GeneralEComment by roz: doggie doors are the best .. :)
it was a game changer for me and mr tod .. he took forever to toilet train and i was living in an almost constant state of stress ..
i've never had a dog that took so long to pick it up .. and yes i know ppl talk about the crate etc .. but i never got around to it ..
interesting that you have steps almost the same as ones i have .. that i can move around and are currently in front of tod's bed on a chair . he really doesnt need them .. but what the heck . !! ..
anyway . i like how your pic has brought out an intense gratitude in me for doggy doors .. :) |
