And Now, The Star Of Our Show ...by GeneralEComment by moodville: The highlight on the block is good, I could see this as being something seen on a stage, however, I'm not a fan of the carpet/fabric beneath it. It has texture but I think that distracts a little, making it look a lot more softer than it probably is, also the red blends in. I think a slightly different angle and a white or black 'background' would helped the image immensely. The concept itself is great. |

Into The Unknownby GeneralEComment by Fayech: hahaha. this is great. love the sense of humor. i actually like how you grayscaled the image. could use a bit more contrast though, feels a bit faded. but cute! :o) |

Into The Unknownby GeneralEComment by jonwam: was thinking about doing something with LEGO myself, but didnt find the time to arrange somthing... Nice geometry, and the B&W enhances the feeling. |

Obvious Un-(a)peeling Bananaby GeneralEComment by GeneralE: Originally posted by Gordon: Congrats on joining the last place club! You are in some fine company. |
Thanks -- I've come close quite a few times but never quite "made it" before. Peeling a banana was my very first throught, but this one was the only one I had. Then I kind of thought that it would be a more unusual take on the challenge to reveal something perhaps better left hidden.
I wonder if 4+ is one of the higher last-places though ... Message edited by author 2003-10-23 01:15:03. |
