Mossy Stepsby GeneralEComment by ninerfan: An attempt at unique POV - from the ground... but I just can't say it works for this one... the background is a little too chaotic and boring - the POV emphasizes this. |

Mossy Stepsby GeneralEComment by Konador: I like the angular composition here, but the twigs in the foreground are a bit distracting. |

They Roost By Nightby GeneralEComment by dsidwell: There is such wonderful drama in the sky! I wish the birds were in focus, but the composition is quite nice and a bit unique. |

They Roost By Nightby GeneralEComment by ahaze: Technical: fits the challenge. Exposure lighting composition all good. Focus seems too soft on the birds.
Personal: I really like the cloud formations, I can see why you took the shot. It appears to lack sharpness, however.

They Roost By Nightby GeneralEComment by drgsoell: Nice silhouette on the birds. They seem a bit fuzzy maybe. Not sure this is "after Dark" when you can still see the sunset. Good color on the sky. |

They Roost By Nightby GeneralEComment by HBunch: Love the sky. Really beautiful. The birds and the pole seem to be a bit soft on the focus though. that would be my only suggestion would be that I wish they were a bit more crisp. Otherwise, a really pretty shot. I like how you put the pole to one side, and not directly in the middle of the shot. Definately makes a difference on how this looks. nice find. ~Heather~ |
