texture is one of the things that makes macros interesting, and you have some nice texture. however, the lighting seems a little hard. also the subject isn't as interesting, past the texture, as other subjects in the challenge.

First thought was that it didn't meet the challenge (I was looking for a miniature battery). On a second look I can see the different size flashlights so I guess it does meet the challenge. I think the picture is too busy. I don't like the battery as the focal point. Maybe if the small blue flashlight was were the battery is...

I like this a lot. The flow of the cloth leads my eye around in a pleasing way. Very nice use of negative space. Non-stereotypical subject helps a lot and provides relief from the bugs. Hope it does well.

This should have placed much much higher. Well done. Interesting and well placed props. Good focus. Parts of the hat seem too dark but with the comment of shot being too light, it must be my monitor. However the hand is almost too light. Nice shot.

I like the bowl color and how it works with the blueberries. It would be nice to have a deeper DOF so at least the closer berries were sharp, though, and a little more light on the berries.

The focuspoint should have been more on the foreground, on the berries and the cream nearest to the camera with the bowl in the background out of focus, in that way this photo would have been much better IMHO.

That just doesn't do it for me...the bowl looks really nice but the berries are mostly out of focus and sour cream looks kind of nasty on there.
