One Monkey Short of a Full Benchby GeneralEComment by melismatica: I'm not seeing any suggestion of purple. I see bronze, aqua, blue, yellow, gold,cream, beige even a bit of red in the background but absolutely no purple.
It's a nice snap shot but the background is a bit distracting. |

One Monkey Short of a Full Benchby GeneralEComment by Bran-O-Rama: The only thing resembling "purple" I see is the pole in back of the Hear No Evil monkey next to the red pole. Other than that, this photo does not depict nor suggest purple. Bench is slanted and does not benefit from this abstract angle, even though shrine/wall in back is horizontally level. |

The Invisible Manby GeneralEComment by L1: As dark as this portrait is, it makes it difficult to make out much detail in the facial features. It also appears inhuman, whereas the challenge instructions specifically stated to create a portrait of a person. I do appreciate the uniqueness and the risk-taking you have shown. |

The Invisible Manby GeneralEComment by KaDi: The idea of darkness and mystery is present here. But the loss of detail in the black accessories detracts from the overall effect. Perhaps soft secondary lighting could bring up the detail. |
