The Invisible Manby GeneralEComment by GeneralE: Originally posted by photom: You win the most unsual submission award. It's really hard to tell ifthis is a person or not - but at least it's not a dog like some submitted, The darkest areas are very hard to see much detail. |
Hmmm ... "hard to tell" was more or less the theme of this photo.
On a side note, I just looked at the photo on my profile page ... hmmmm ... |

... Closer Than They Appearby GeneralEComment by Skip: the flash reflection on the plastic part of the mirror distracts. that could be handled by cropping. also, try experiment with diffent settings for DOF. |

Hard-Won ...by GeneralEComment by PhilipDyer: Funny! Might be better with all of the cable showing, but this is an excellent, high-contrast image that came out really nice. Good job! |

Hard-Won ...by GeneralEComment by photom: An extra point for the clever idea! Colors are great aginst the black background - and great lighting. Compositionally, I'd like to see more of the trap and definitely the entire silver end of the PS/2 cable. |

One Monkey Short of a Full Benchby GeneralEComment by GeneralE: Originally posted by Bran-O-Rama: Bench is slanted and does not benefit from this abstract angle, even though shrine/wall in back is horizontally level. |
The bench is slanted -- it would look far stupider (IMO) to have the bench level and the reflected rooflines slanted ...
Maybe I should re-title this "Now I Feel So Blue" :) |
