Quoth the raven....by Faye PekasComment by dr rick: The vertical lines in the rotting wood contrast nicely with the horizontal lines in the water. The use of the raven as a symbol of desolation is a nice touch, and the title nicely ties the photo to Poe's literary masterpiece on the subject. |

Beyond The Grottoby Faye PekasComment by KevinRiggs: Like the composition and the color choices. What method did you use to get these tones? Good use of textures between the soft clouds, the active ocean and the dead/inert limb and cave.
With this being grayscale or duotone I would like to see this a little less silver. - 7 |
