I gave this a 2 for:

- exposure. Highly over-exposed in some areas trying to compensate for the darker areas. Try shooting in more evenly lit areas to avoid this, or research techniques to expose for highlights while maintaining shadowed areas better.

- Focus. Nothing in this photo is in focus.

- Subject matter. While you have glasses here, they are presented very plainly with no real impact to the viewer.

I felt as though too much of the photo is out of focus...and the overexposed area at the top is distracting...

It is tough to understand or appreciate the composition, plus nothing is in focus, you have some lens flare, etc, etc

I think this could have worked well with a bit more focus and a slightly better crop.
Nice contrast of colours with the backlighting and I like the mountain scene.
I can't help feeling that these may have ended up a bit scratched tho lol.

The angle doesn't quite work for me although it is creative. The glass shows water spots and the flash is quite prominent.
