I like it despite all the blur.
The composition is pretty good with the pillars, the line of the square, the circle in the middle and her position in the scene. I like it how you captured the joy of dancing in the rain. Altough there is no rain visible, the reflections of the pillars tell that it is wet.
I give it a 7, sharpness and blurred raindrops might have made it a 9 or 10. But it can be hard to capture raindrops (slow shutter) and someone dancing (faster shutter). Yelling: "Hold that pose!" spoils the moment. :)

I totally love this, the slight blurriness of it, the slightly akimbo composition, the luscious feeling of unconstrained motion within the tight constraints of the circle and the wall.

Normally I'm not one of these impressionisitc shots. But this is simply joyous. Composition is absolutely spot on. 10. One of the first images I've seen on this site that wasn't funny per-se but managed to put a smile on my face. Oh yeah, just in case you hadn't gathered - that accomplishment alone earns you a ten.
