Awww...I just want to reach out and pet these guys. Don't know how you got such a close shot, but the two of them together is wonderful. It almost makes the viewer want to place some sort of caption with the expessions. I really like how the faces fill the frame and are really the focus. Nice DOF.

Wow..just read a few of the other comments. I'm not an animal photographer, but I really like the lighting and composition of this. The eyes didn't bother me at all. I guess I just get an overall "feeling" from the shot of closeness between these two and the viewer, and for me the eyes are only a small part of that here.

What an amazing place for photography. I wish I lived close to all the canyon areas out there. This is such a nicely composed shot and it looks like you had a nice day for it.
