Wow, what a house and fence. Looks like it has not been live in is some time. Lots of repairs to do so the tear down is probably cheaper. Love the textures on the fence and the exposed rafter tails with their shadows.

This image is very interesting, the texture on the building is really cool. I find the door very inviting for some odd reason even though the building is run down and old.

Technicals, I like the composition of the photo, the positioning of the door in the photo and the entry way of the door gives this photo alot of depth in a shallow frame. I like the sharpness, details and textures of the photo like I said above. The processing of it is really nice. I think the thing that really does it for me is the old weathered door with the cross in it though, it really speaks to me.

Overall, the weathered, battered, look of this photo, the old dryer, the mishung planters,the rusty metal give me a really weathered old photo a feel of unwarering love of god.

This place has so many potential images and it is my opinion that you could concentrate a little closer to several areas of interest here. This not have a central theme, or focal point. Too busy, IMHO. I like how the shadows play on the house, and eliminate showing the fence in the foreground...
