Very strong contrasts here. The tilt is good, but I think a lot of detail in the grass was sacrificed with the bright sun.

Really tough scene to expose for. I would try to go for a lot smaller aperture to try to give some shape to the sun. Maybe also underexpose a bit and then dodge the foreground to bring back the detail.
The tilted horizon works to a certain extent. I'd be tempted to increase the tilt more to make it appear more deliberate as this almost looks accidental.
