definatley garbage. looks like it might have a purpose though to make it so people dont run into the fence. Garbage with a hidden purpose, I like it. The colors are very nice, and you have located the garbage in a pleasing to look at environment. Your focus is very nice, I like how there is a bit of motion blur in the ends of the garbage.
