A close up shot of the eye like this is rather disturbing. It's just TOO close. And then seeing the room in the eye is distracting. Also if you are going to be that close, the eye should have better focus.

I love the way the flame changes color as it surrounds the glass but the yellow is really out of focus. Fire is a difficult model to photograph as it is ever changing. I wonder if you were able to reduce the light on the yellow flame side if it would be more detailed but as I said the challenge seems to be the ever changing flame makes lighting difficult. The blue is wonderful. Nice concept.
