A very nice image. Using the plant in the foreground to create depth in the photo is working very well.
Personally I would have cropped off the upper horizontal part of the window-frame. I think it will make the photo less crowded and the remaining parts of the frame will act more as visual guidelines towards the real points of interrest (the cat and the plant). Just my opinion though :)

I think that perhaps the large leaves lower right (elephant ear?) could have been cropped a bit more toallow for the textures of the cat and the flowers to balance each other and "finish" the angle of the shot

Even with the dark background the lighting gives a lot of warm to the picture. Composition is great.
