	Geranium, unsung gem by Ammie Comment by Melethia: Ah yes, the common geranium - they are indeed somewhat of an unsung flower in that we generally take them as a whole rather than the sum of their lovely parts. A nice depiction of this flower and the soft green shows this one off quite well.

	A century of open and shut by Ammie Comment by Yo_Spiff: I'm afraid this comes off to me as a good snapshot. Mostly, I think you may have been using your camera's built in flash, which tends to be really harsh and unflattering for most subjects. A 96k file size also indicates you could have used less compression and maybe gotten some more clarity in this.
