Feathered Satin

A perfect demonstration of various textures from gentle curves to smooth surfaces to highly figured feathers. A very apt title which works well with the image. The highlights are a little over done interrupting the smooth flow of color and texture in the folds of the satin in the foreground. Otherwise an excellant entry and worthy of a top fifteen entry and possibly a top ten.

If the cow wouldnt be so much in the shadow this pick would have got a higher score i think. Nice moment and cool lighting but i just personally would have liked to see more of the cow details 6

A place I now want to visit. I may already be there, however. I see some comression artifacts in the text box. Less compression when saving would have helped. At only a 77k filesize, you had a lot more filesize overhead you could have used.

I would have cropped out the large pink oof flower in the lower left - and for a postcard they typically say where they are from. Still like this shot - but I think I would have added a destination
