Though more of a landscape than a depiction of country life, this is so far my favorite. Love the fog on the distant mountains.

Of course I recognise this scene and must admit it's not nice seeing this and knwowing Im on Pretoria when there are places like this to be enjoyed. I know you have a tripod so can only assume it was on purpose that you intentionally wanted the fence to be out of focus? This is the only part of the scene that breaks it down a bit. The fence is the most important part of this pic (as this is wheer the story begins comp wise)which leads my eye into the scene to the left. I feel this should have been in focus. The ridge line then takes my eye to the right. The monotony of this line is broken by the trees which works great. End up in the farm lands below where one can only naturally flow into the Layering mountains achieved here with the some nice light from the front. In Autumn this exact same scene would work even better with the orange yellow leaves of the trees that would be reflecting light and kick some life into the foreground the same way the grass is doing currently. Love this.

Oh yes, you have and you'll see her a lot more! She is always with me when I go out to shoot pictures. She loves to run and explore, a wonderful companion.
