I think playing with the curves adjustment for the sky would have helped - this is fairly monotonous as-is.

I was "browsing" in the 'Photos/Browse' area and noticed this photo had a recent comment. Thought I'd take another peek since I liked it so much the first time. One thing I failed to mention earlier is I really enjoyed the layers of this image that the hills in the background offer. Again, nicely seen and captured - like the post treatment you gave this. I could see this printed large and being displayed proudly in many applications.

Unusual choice to put the horizon line right down the middle of the subjects' faces. I like the tones and overall it's a pleasant photo.
