Cherishby katlynComment by neenee1999: Beautiful shot, this is wonderful the glow you achieved is wonderful also. I like the detail you captured in the face of the angel. A little grainy but that is to be expected with higher exposures, wonderful job I love it. |

Cherishby katlynComment by rmahan: This appears too "hot" with the highlights. Such a solid shadow implies that you didn't move the light very much if at all. Composition is fine although it seems too tightly cropped. |

Indian Toolby katlynComment by wetland: Little speck on image could have been removed. And might have chosen a more contrasty background...but I'm not very good about these myself. |

Indian Toolby katlynComment by TooCool: This appears to be taken with an on camera flash. You'll get much better results with bright lights and a tripod with no flash...

Indian Toolby katlynComment by train: Great idea and a nice image but I think this would be better on a different background to make it stand out more Maybe a Dark Brown Just a thought anyway the blue is a bit dull |

Indian Toolby katlynComment by adine: A nice idea - very NG. I winder at your choice of blue background. It is so pale that the stone doesn't stand out too well. The light is a bit glaring on the top - perhaps lights from the sides at a low angle would catch more details of this fine point. |

Indian Toolby katlynComment by nephrotic: I love the texture you have managed to bring out. This could so easily have been "just a lump of stone".
I have 2 points
1: Background colour. Blue detracts from the tool, a very neutral grey may have been even better.
2 The hard shadow, at the bottom of the tool. Maybe a very very soft diffuse light may have softened the shadow. I think it is right to have the shadow, as it gives the tool its shape but the edge is just that tad too hard. |

Indian Toolby katlynComment by brett2004: Cool idea, but in my opinion, it feels a little dull and void of excitement. Kind of looks like a picture of evidence shot by a detective or something. Just trying to express the emotion or feeling I get from it. Good luck! |
