1. Did you capture a scene from the movie (as the challenge brief states) or did you enter a picture and fit a title to it.
2. How close a rendition is your image to the movie.
3. How does the image stand up in its own right.
In this case:
1. This has no correlation to the film or stage play
2. NA
3. A well captured macro, with good detail. The part of the fly-trap covering the flys head is unfortunately placed.
Overall an adequate macro, but it does not meet the challenge. 4 |

Elvish landscapingby JimBComment by e301: There's a lot of interest created here - I think primarily because the in-focus elements are darer than the out-of-focus. My difficulty is wuth the cluttered-ness of the background - as much with the way in which its blurred as the fact that its blurred. Loses you a couple of points - on an entirely subjective 'I don't like it' basis. |
