Captiveby faidoiComment by rmtm333: Image is nice and sharp...good focus. A tighter crop would have brought more detail of the elephant and still support your title. Try cropping it midway between his front and hind legs to just right of his trunk. Top just above his head and bottom just underneath his trunk. I saved and cropped it this way and was more appealing to my tastes. Just a thought. Good luck. |

Pagodaby faidoiComment by joebok: The grain makes this feel like an old-time photo - which I think works well with the subject. I think that some artificial vingetting in the corners might help sell the antique quality - assuming that was your intent... |

Captiveby faidoiComment by samtrundle: I think this might work a little better with a closer crop, the sunlight is also a little harsh - makes the image look a little washed out, you might want to bump the contrast to compensate for that. On the bright side, I you've captured a great moment - he looks suitably depressed which fits your title perfectly. |
