I had to come back to this. I feel it probably didn't get proper respect during the challenge because it is a tougher image to crack, one that you have to look at and let seep it, not click through quickly. Even with the fine toothed comb of a jury vote there probably wasn't enough time.

I get the feeling of a dark mushroom Samurai riding public transit, with white silk scarf and the maddening feeling that I can almost focus on what is in my peripheral vision, but it eludes me. All this wrapped up in the Sound of Silence lyric- which is the happiest sad song ever. It also made me think, photography takes a slice of time and transforms it visually, but it also forges a truly necessary silence.
