keep it rollingby PennyStreetComment by primabarbara: Yes, Jonathan said it exactly right. The bw editing fits perfectly. The blur on the person itself and the slightly diagonal driving direction enhances the feel of motion in a natural way without being staged.
Thumbs up! |

keep it rollingby PennyStreetComment by Barroness: Wow, I agree with Jonathan on every point he so well worded. This is taken and edited with an artistic flair and is such good street photography, beautiful coloration in B/W. A pretty incredible image.
Congratulations! |

keep it rollingby PennyStreetComment by kanaj: Even though I realize it isn't the most "technically" well-executed motion panning shot, this was my personal favorite in the challenge, as I find the residual blur of a subject in motion quite compelling when it's accentuated by tasteful editing. And that's definitely what you've got here. I could easily see this on a metallic print sitting in an urban cycle shop or coffee bistro. :-) |
