This one didn't do much for me at first glance, but gets more interesting as it goes along. The missing people in the foreground get more and more ghostly, which is odd since they're darker, and ghosts usually are lighter than the whole. But it almost seems a commentary on missing/overlooked people. I wish there wasn't so much grain in it. That takes a busy photo and makes it too busy. 8 without all the grain. 7 as is.

This picture keeps pulling me back ... I love how the branches reach to the sky. A bit like they are battling to catch up with and overtake the concrete demons. Nice perspective and (of course) balance. My favorite in this challenge.
