The centered composition makes the shot static. The shadows and the texture of the glass give the shot a blurry look even though it is in focus.

Left side of her face (viewer's left) feels a little too blown out. I don't like the contrast between the two eyes -- one very natural and one harshly defined. Maybe it's just me...
