This photo reminds me of the memorials that people leave at the scene of fatal traffic accidents. Along with the title, makes me wonder if you intended to make a sarcasticly pointed commentary. Seeing as interpretation is in the eye of the beholder, I'd say you did a great job with the exception of the bars in the upper left corner.
