I like this photo, the only thing i would change is the way her legs are positioned, maybe a bit less tens would have been beter IMHO

Wide angle lenses generally aren't very flattering for portraiture, and I'm afraid that this isn't an exception. I like the warm light, the pose and the DoF, but the wide angle distortion makes her head look oversized. Perhaps if you had shot this from near her feet to create that 'legs that go on for miles' look that high heels are designed to emphasize, the distortion could have worked in your favor.

Is she wrapped in cellophane?

Indeed it is :) This is a very fanciful and humorous take on the challenge. i do like the selective desat bringing out the yellow but I think it would be much sharper if it were BW.

I had to laugh when I saw your title as that song is one of my Jimmy Buffet favorites. I like the clock face, but not all that crazy personally about the purplish tones - although they do compliment one another. 6
